Breakfast is included daily at your accommodation. Only Where it is Indicated  Most packages do not include lunch or dinner, allowing you to discover South Africa’s incredible food scene freely. Recommendations are provided in your itinerary guide.

What happens if fewer than 10 people book a Semi-Private Tour?

If the minimum of 10 guests is not reached, you’ll have the following options:

  • ✅ Proceed as a Private Tour – We can operate the tour with fewer people at a revised price.
  • 🔄 Reschedule – We may offer alternative dates that are confirmed to run.
  • 💰  Refund – You’ll receive a  refund ( As per Our Terms & Conditions)  or credit if the tour is canceled due to low numbers.
  • 🤝 Join another group – We'll try to combine smaller groups if dates and itineraries align.

We’ll notify you well in advance (typically 30–45 days before departure) if a tour hasn’t met the minimum.

Yes, if you have 10 or more people, you can request to make any Semi-Private itinerary fully private, with your own guide and vehicle. Customizations are available too
