What is your Minimum Group Size?
Our minimum group size for a Semi-Private Tour to operate is 10 people.
This ensures we can offer a high-quality experience at a reasonable group rate
What happens if fewer than 10 people book a Semi-Private Tour?
If the minimum of 10 guests is not reached, you’ll have the following options:
Proceed as a Private Tour – We can operate the tour with fewer people at a revised price.
Reschedule – We may offer alternative dates that are confirmed to run.
Refund – You’ll receive a refund ( As per Our Terms & Conditions) or credit if the tour is canceled due to low numbers.
Join another group – We'll try to combine smaller groups if dates and itineraries align.
We’ll notify you well in advance (typically 30–45 days before departure) if a tour hasn’t met the minimum.

Yes, if you have 10 or more people, you can request to make any Semi-Private itinerary fully private, with your own guide and vehicle. Customizations are available too
