Private tours can include a dedicated tour leader or local guides in each region, depending on your preference.

Breakfast is included daily at your accommodation. Only Where it is Indicated  Most packages do not include lunch or dinner, allowing you to discover South Africa’s incredible food scene freely. Recommendations are provided in your itinerary guide. 

A semi-private tour is a small-group experience with a limited number of guests — typically 10 to 20 people — where individuals or smaller parties (like couples or solo travelers) join others on a shared itinerary.
It offers:

• Fixed itinerary (with minor flexibility)
• Great value with a more personal experience than large bus tours
• Shared guides, vehicles, and activities

A private group tour is exclusively for your group — whether that’s your family, friends, company, or special-interest group.

Our minimum group size for a Semi-Private Tour to operate is 10 people.
This ensures we can offer a high-quality experience at a reasonable group rate

If the minimum of 10 guests is not reached, you’ll have the following options:

• Proceed as a Private Tour – We can operate the tour with fewer people at a revised price.
• Reschedule – We may offer alternative dates that are confirmed to run.
•  Refund – You’ll receive a  refund ( As per Our Terms & Conditions)  or credit if the tour is canceled due to low numbers.
• Join another group – We'll try to combine smaller groups if dates and itineraries align.

We’ll notify you well in advance (typically 30–45 days before departure) if a tour hasn’t met the minimum.

Yes, if you have 10 or more people, you can request to make any Semi-Private itinerary fully private, with your own guide and vehicle. Customizations are available too
